For many expatriates relocating to Dubai, getting behind the wheel is a top priority. The good news is that if you hold a valid driving licence from certain approved countries, you may not need to start from scratch. Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) allows residents to exchange their existing licence for a Dubai driving licence, saving both time and effort.
